11 days to slow down and hear yourself again

An invitation

Hello, dear one

This is an invitation to stop. To exhale. To give yourself 11 days in Bali where you don’t have to rush or prove anything.

We put this journey together the way we would for a close friend: with heart, care and respect for your inner world.

You’ll see many sides of the island: the ocean and southern beaches, sacred springs, Mount Batur, ancient temples, the east coast, Ubud, jungle and waterfalls. We’ll stay by the ocean, at the foot of the volcano and in the very heart of the island.

But what matters here isn’t the number of places. Each place becomes part of your journey and of a new inner state. And all along the way there will be yoga and breathwork, meditation, bodywork, spiritual practices, conversations, silence and the simple pleasure of life: to taste, to touch, to breathe in, to feel.

Bali becomes a space where you can hear yourself a little more clearly.

About you

Perhaps right now you long to…

  • Slow down and step out of your usual rhythm, even for a little while.
  • Release the tension that ordinary weekends and holidays no longer ease.
  • Feel your body again and hear your own desires.
  • Stop living by “I should” all the time and remember what you truly enjoy.
  • Be among women with whom you don’t have to play your usual roles.
  • See your life from a little distance and sense where you want to go next.
  • And simply allow yourself 11 days of beauty, care, pleasure and living for yourself.
Important: pleasure on this journey isn’t a bonus. It’s a return of the ability to feel life: to be in your body, to allow yourself to want, to feel and to be many things.

More than a retreat

A journey across all of Bali

We won’t spend 11 days in one retreat center. Over the journey you’ll see completely different sides of the island and stay in several of its places.

From slowing down to coming home to yourself

The path of these 11 days

In the first days we’ll let ourselves simply be, and notice what came to the island with us: familiar thoughts, sensations and patterns. Not to change everything at once, but to see it and gradually let go of what we no longer want to carry.

Then our attention begins to shift. To the body. To sensitivity. To pleasure. To your own desires. To strength. To what truly matters.

This isn’t an attempt to become a “new version of yourself” in 11 days.
It’s a return to who you really are.

Who will be with you

Two hosts. Two paths. One journey.

Yoga and bodywork

A yoga teacher with 12 years of experience who organises and leads yoga retreats. Certified in Vinyasa Flow, hatha yoga, yoga therapy for the spine, women’s yoga and Detox Yoga. She teaches breathwork, pranayama, yin yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra.

Daria’s practices follow the state of the group: from slowing down, cleansing and releasing tension toward sensitivity, strength, inner support and energy. Each practice continues what we are living through that day.

We’ll be with you for all 11 days, holding a space where you can relax, trust the process and simply be yourself.

The program

11 days lived at your own pace

Each day brings together travel, practice, the beauty of Bali and time for yourself. Tap a day to see the details.

Day 1You’re in Bali

Arrival in Denpasar, meeting and transfer to the villa in Uluwatu. Time to settle in, rest after the journey and feel a new rhythm.

In the evening we gather for a welcome dinner by the ocean, get to know each other and watch our first Balinese sunset.

In our first circle we mark our starting point: what have I arrived with? what is happening in my life right now? what do I want from this journey?

No pressure. Just a beginning.

First Balinese sunset over the ocean A room at the villa
Day 2Body and pleasure

We begin the morning with a gentle Vinyasa Flow, “Coming back to the body”: movement, breath, mobility and attention to sensation.

After breakfast we head to Pandawa Beach: ocean, coconuts, rest and an optional beach massage. Before sunset, Dreamland Beach with its huge waves and surfers. And in the evening, one of Uluwatu’s iconic spots: dinner, music and dancing.

The main question of the day: what feels good to me? what does my body want? what makes me feel alive?

Day 3Release

Morning: Detox Yoga and breathwork.

We spend the day by the ocean: water, a practice of receiving the power of the elements, and art therapy in the sand. After lunch, time to rest and integrate at the villa.

At sunset we visit Uluwatu Temple, perched on high cliffs above the Indian Ocean.

A day for doing less and letting go more.

Day 4Purification. The power of Bali’s sacred waters

We begin the morning with gentle yoga therapy for the spine: neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back and pelvis.

Then we travel to the sacred springs of Sebatu for melukat, the traditional Balinese purification ritual. Afterwards: jungle, rice fields and tropical juices.

Toward evening we move to Kintamani, at the foot of Mount Batur. Hot springs under the stars, a home-cooked dinner and Yoga Nidra before an early start.

Day 5Strength and support

At 3:30 in the morning we start the climb up Mount Batur. About two hours at a pace that suits the group, and we greet the sunrise on the volcano.

At the top: pranayama, meditation, breakfast and a walk along the crater rim.

After the descent, a restaurant overlooking the caldera, then the drive to Candidasa on the east coast. In the evening we restore the body with gentle yin yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Day 6Opening the heart

We begin the morning with grounding hatha yoga and meditation.

Then we travel to Bali’s largest temple complex at the foot of sacred Mount Agung. We meet Mangku Jati for a personal ceremony for each participant, a mantra, words of guidance and space for personal questions.

In the evening we return to Candidasa for a beautiful, peaceful dinner.

Day 7Desire

Morning: women’s yoga, “To feel and to want”: pelvis, chest, belly, breath, sensitivity and fluidity.

After breakfast we visit the Tirta Gangga water palace.

After lunch we move to Ubud, the creative heart of the island. Markets, Balinese silver, local designers and unhurried time.

Stone temple stairway with dragons A stroll through the market
Day 8Creative power

We begin the morning with gentle women’s yoga.

After breakfast, one of Ubud’s beautiful jungle spas and time for deep rest and caring for the body.

In the evening, Balinese temple dances, walks around central Ubud and a taste of local vegan cuisine.

A day when there’s nothing to achieve. You can simply enjoy it and notice what is being born inside.

A flower bath overlooking the rice fields A floating breakfast in the pool
Day 9I am the elements

Morning: a flow practice, “The water element”.

Then we head north to the Sekumpul waterfalls: jungle, local villages and the power of water. Beneath three cascades we work with the inner balance of the woman, the man and the child within.

On the way back we stop at the mountain lake of Tamblingan: an ancient temple above the water, meditation and silence.

At the Sekumpul waterfalls A viewpoint above the jungle
Day 10Vision

Morning: hatha yoga and pranayama, “Clarity”.

Then a few free hours in Ubud: a massage, a walk, journaling, a café or simply time on your own.

In the afternoon we bring the whole journey together and create our own picture of strength through metaphorical art, intuition and vision.

In the evening, a closing dinner overlooking the Sayan valley at sunset.

A creative circle with mandalas Sunset over the rice fields
Day 11Integration

Our last morning: gentle integration yoga, breathwork, meditation and Yoga Nidra.

In our closing circle we return to our starting point and notice what has changed over these days. Without judgement, and without needing to become someone else.

Breakfast, hugs, check-out and individual transfers to the airport.

Reviews

This journey has already changed lives

“The Art of Being Yourself” has already taken place in Bali, and Daria’s yoga retreats and programs have brought women together for many years. Here is what participants wrote (translated from Russian).

To say I’ve changed is an understatement. I found a very important part of myself. I want things again. I want to live.

participant, Bali journey

We saw the island from a completely different side: places tourists never go, springs, a Balinese family, the volcano. I learned to love myself, to react more calmly, to relax and to meditate.

participant, Bali journey

The whole trip flew by in one breath: inner work alongside the most beautiful places, sunsets, the ocean and places of power. I wish every woman could experience this.

participant, “The Art of Being Yourself”

It isn’t just a journey around the island, it’s a journey to yourself, to the answers to your own questions. The island opened up completely and revealed its secrets, thanks to Yana, who knows it in all its depth and generously shares it with us.

participant, Bali journey with Yana

You managed to create a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, even though each of us had different expectations and levels of experience. After the women’s yoga there was an indescribable feeling of inner peace and lightness through the whole body.

participant, tour with Daria and Yana

I really love the space Dasha opens up, gentle and deep at the same time. My body is so happy every time: my muscles switch on, yet there’s no fatigue, only a pleasant feeling of fullness.

FAQ

Answers to common questions

Do I need yoga experience?

No, you don’t need any special preparation or yoga experience. The practices are adapted to each participant’s level and condition. It’s important to tell Daria about any health issues before the journey begins.

Can I come on my own?

Of course. Many participants come on their own, and that’s exactly why we create a small women’s group and a comfortable space for getting to know each other, talking and travelling together. You can also come with a friend, a sister or another woman close to you.

What does the $2600 include?

The price includes accommodation in hotels along the route, breakfasts, all transfers and travel around Bali during the program, entrance tickets, the sightseeing program, all practices, and your hosts with you throughout the journey.

What is paid separately?

International flights to and from Bali, lunches and dinners, and personal expenses: extra treatments and services, shopping, souvenirs, gifts and anything not included in the main program.

How active will the journey be?

It’s more an active journey through Bali than a classic retreat in one place. We’ll change locations, travel around the island and visit natural and cultural sites, temples and other points along our route.

At the same time the program is balanced: travel and excursions are combined with yoga, practices, rest and time for yourself. All main journeys are in comfortable private transport.

How do I book a place?

To book a place, pay a 50% deposit of the tour price by April 1, 2027. The remaining 50% is paid in cash on the first day of the retreat. Once you’ve booked, we’ll contact you personally, answer practical questions and help you prepare for the journey.

What if I have health conditions or dietary needs?

Please tell us before you book. Health conditions, limits on physical practice, diet and other important personal matters are best discussed personally, so we can understand in advance how well the program suits you.
