Daily practice
1.5–2.5 hours of yoga and meditation a day: gentle openings, breathwork with essential oils, dynamic yoga practice, yoga nidra, partner yoga and closing integration practices.
February 9–19, 2027 · 11 days / 10 nights

Morning practice with a view of the sea, meditation, journeys around Phangan and to Koh Tao, free days for yourself, and the places on the island that have become my favourites over three years of living here.
A space to slow down, feel your body, step out of your usual rhythm and rediscover a taste for life.
The retreat is held in Russian.

1.5–2.5 hours of yoga and meditation a day: gentle openings, breathwork with essential oils, dynamic yoga practice, yoga nidra, partner yoga and closing integration practices.

Group meditation practice: following the breath and attention, gentle techniques for settling the mind, and evening sessions together.

A trip to Koh Tao with snorkelling and two journeys around Phangan to get to know the nature, beaches and atmosphere of the islands.
This retreat is for anyone who wants to combine travel with yoga, the sea, nature and real human connection.
For those who want to slow down, pay attention to their body and how they feel, try new practices and have a proper rest.
For those who want to feel the atmosphere of Phangan, spend time in tropical nature, discover new places and combine active days with rest by the sea.
You can come on your own, with a friend or with someone close to you. No yoga experience is needed: the practices suit every level.

My name is Dasha. I'm a yoga teacher and I organise yoga journeys. I've been practising yoga for more than 12 years.
I've lived on Koh Phangan for more than three years. The island has become very close to me, and into this retreat I've gathered the places and experiences I most want to share: the nature, the beaches, the temples, the practices and the special atmosphere of island life.
I've led more than 10 yoga tours and retreats in India, Thailand, Crimea, Sochi, Abkhazia and the Caucasus.
Where we stay
Our home for these ten nights is Sunset Hill Resort, a relaxed hotel on a hillside above the sea on Koh Phangan's west coast.
Tropical greenery all around, and a wide view across the Gulf of Thailand to the islands of Ang Thong National Park. The sunsets from here are something else.

The resort has a large infinity pool overlooking the sea, a restaurant, a spa and sauna, lounge areas and spaces for practice. The beaches of Haad Chao Phao, Secret Beach and Haad Yao are close by.
We practise right here, in our own space with a view of the sea.

The program
The program balances gentle, mindful practice with real exploration of the island.
We meet everyone at Thong Sala pier and head to Sunset Hill Resort.
Check-in, rest after the journey, time to settle into the space and get to know each other.
In the evening, the retreat opening ceremony. We create a shared space for the group, set a personal intention for these days and gently shift from our usual pace of life into island rhythm.
Dinner together and our first Phangan sunset.
Morning yoga focused on grounding, the breath and recovering from the journey.
Breakfast.
Discovering Phangan's west coast: the sea, the beach, Koh Raham, swimming and snorkelling. Time simply to be by the water and feel the island.
Free time after we return.
In the evening, meditation and a gentle, relaxing practice.
Morning practice with breathing techniques, gentle bodywork and elements of aromatherapy.
We explore the breath as one of the most accessible tools for regulating your inner state and your attention.
Breakfast.
A free day: beach, pool, spa, rest, time on your own.
In the evening, relaxing yoga and meditation.
Morning yoga and breakfast.
Our first big excursion around the island.
We'll see another side of Phangan: the temple of the goddess Guanyin, Wat Phu Khao Noi (one of the oldest Buddhist temples on the island), tropical jungle and the famous Bottle Beach viewpoint.
Along the way we'll meditate in nature, then head down to the sea to swim, rest and enjoy one of the most beautiful corners of the island.
Back to the hotel and a free evening.
We start the morning with a dynamic practice: elements of yoga, qigong, free movement and dance meditation.
We'll explore movement as a way to feel more freedom in the body, release built-up tension and come back into contact with yourself.
Breakfast.
The sea and free time in the afternoon.
In the evening, a calm group practice, meditation and space to talk and integrate the first days.
Morning practice with mantras, sound and meditation.
Breakfast.
Our second excursion around Phangan.
Wat Khao Tam, the huge sacred Yang Na Yai tree, the national park jungle, Than Sadet waterfall and Than Sadet Beach.
We dedicate this day to connecting with nature and to noticing the beauty around us and within.
Lunch by the sea, swimming and rest.
A free evening after we return. If you like, you can end the day with a gentle partner practice on trust and connection.
Morning practice for the body and breath: gentle work with the belly, the diaphragm, mobility and inner attention.
Breakfast.
Then a free day. Spend it by the pool or on the beach, get a massage, explore the area or simply plan nothing at all.
For anyone who wants it, we can arrange a trip to Koh Ma, snorkelling or a tea ceremony.
In the evening, a deep relaxation practice.
An early breakfast or breakfast box, then off to Koh Tao for the whole day.
A sea journey, turquoise water, snorkelling and the chance to see one of the most beautiful underwater worlds in the Gulf of Thailand.
A day of impressions, sea and adventure, with no dense practice program.
Back at Sunset Hill: rest and yoga nidra to recover after a full day.
We begin the morning with facial self-massage, gentle body practice and meditation.
Breakfast.
Free time by the sea.
In the afternoon, anyone who wishes can go for a massage, stroll around Thong Sala, and visit the local market, cafés and little island shops.
In the evening, a gentle practice and time for yourself.
A final morning practice that brings together the tools we've explored during the retreat: movement, breath, attention and meditation.
Breakfast.
Free time for the sea, rest and last island impressions.
In the afternoon, a gratitude practice, sharing circle and the retreat closing ceremony. We look at what has changed over these days and what you'd like to take home into everyday life.
In the evening, a farewell dinner.
If the island's schedule allows, we can go together to an Ecstatic Dance or another lovely evening event.
Our last breakfast together.
A free morning, packing and check-out.
We hug and let each other go on our way, already a little different from when we met ten days earlier.
Please note: the program may change slightly depending on the weather, sea conditions and the schedules of places on the island. All the main practices and listed excursions stay, but their order may change.
The retreat is meant to be a clear, caring space, so for the duration of the program we ask you to set aside alcohol and other mind-altering substances. A more mindful use of your phone and social media is also welcome.
If you have any health conditions we should take into account during practice or on excursions, please let us know in advance.

For me, last year was full of stress, grief and obstacles; it felt like a little more and I would buckle under it all. All of it showed in my health: my autoimmune system and immunity suffered, I began to stoop, and there was fatigue, various neuroses and ailments.
The decision to go on a yoga tour to Krabi in Thailand was made instantly.

How wonderful that our teacher and spiritual mentor turned out to be such a delicate yet strong Dashenka, beautiful in soul and body. We all instantly fell in love not only with Dasha but with the yoga she was able to share with us, practising alongside us as an equal, so that after two weeks of the retreat we didn't recognise ourselves. You could see how we'd toned up, straightened up, become flexible and beautiful.
And the cherry on top was that Dashenka inspired us, taught us and helped us stand on nails. I won't say everyone managed it; it's a very difficult practice and you need to approach it…
From the very first class our yoga teacher Daria won our hearts with her professionalism, gently starting to introduce us to the basics of breathing, meditation and practice.
At first everything was hard for me. My body didn't respond to training. My movements were clumsy and heavy. My head was full of everyday problems, so I just couldn't relax.

But gradually, day by day, Dasha led us very carefully and gently along the path of self-discovery. She taught us to focus on the breath and on movement in the moment. All our practices affected my inner processes, changing and transforming me. Both positive and negative emotions came up: irritation, resentment, anger. Dasha watched this process closely and gently, safely helped us release the negativity. After which the Universe always sent a reward.
And again I learned to live through it, let go and enjoy that feeling to the full.
After two weeks of daily classes and practice my body toned up and my shoulders straightened. I learned to breathe with my full chest. My movements became soft…
I really love the space Dasha opens up, gentle and deep at the same time🙏🏻
My body is so happy every time. I can feel my muscles switching on, yet there's no fatigue, only a pleasant feeling of fullness.
Dasha, you're wonderful, thank you💛🙏🏻
I met Dasha in Crimea on a yoga tour. She taught our yoga classes. I'm not new to yoga, but the way she teaches is simply captivating. The asanas followed one another very, I'd say, logically, flowing in a single stream. You could practise meditatively, which is very important to me. And for beginners she's a real find. After first classes like these, people develop a lasting wish to keep practising and start believing in what they can do. It's a pity it was so short. All good things end quickly, as always. But I hope to see you again in the summer. We'll practise to our hearts' content. Good luck, Dashulya!
The aroma-yoga tour to Kerala with Dasha was light and full of laughter, care, gentle practices, new discoveries, knowledge, joy and, of course, scents. Dasha was very attentive to our needs and gently adjusted the practice.
I came away with the aftertaste of something unforgettable, a wish to join again, and an aroma elixir made especially for me! It's simply magic!

And the place itself, Varkala and the secluded White Lotus resort, is beautiful (don't get the wrong idea: it shares only its name with the popular TV series, though we joked about it the whole tour).
Yoga, secret women's practices, aromatherapy, Ayurvedic massage, the sound of the ocean, empty beaches, sattvic food and wonderful company: the perfect combination for a reset!
I recommend it to everyone!
It turned out to be a wonderful holiday! A new, distinctive country that leaves no one indifferent, new and vivid people who instantly became friends. An introduction to Indian culture and, of course, to Indian food :) Gentle, comfortable practices from Dasha. And a special thank-you to Yan for his practices. Together it was harmonious and varied.
Thank you both for this little piece of summer in the middle of winter that you gave us, for the new knowledge and vivid impressions!
Yoga: thanks to our daily practice my legs got noticeably stronger and my body more flexible. Yoga easily becomes a habit. Partner yoga is a mix of effectiveness and bliss.
The program: every day was an adventure, whether an excursion or a rickshaw ride into town. We went on every excursion in the tour program except Ponmudi. Instead of the mountains we watched the Night of Shiva in Kollam, a colourful spectacle.

In our free time we explored Varkala, its little stalls and cafés.
This yoga couple has endless creative ideas and surprises: with Yan and Dasha it's never boring!
For me, the content of a trip matters a lot.
Spending time with people on a path of self-development is a true joy.
People don't end up on yoga tours by chance, so every connection made on these trips stays deep in your heart. You meet kindred souls you'd been missing in the everyday world. I met Dasha and Yan on a yoga tour in Crimea, and in India three of the brightest souls came into my world: Natalia, Sasha and Vika💗
Thank you for a happy trip, and I wish everyone happiness!
Hi! The journey was wonderful!) It filled me with strength, energy and inspiration!)
Just like in the Caucasus, I really loved that every practice was different and devoted to a new theme, and since there weren't many of us we could go especially deep into each one. The conversation about women's health meant a lot to me, because in my circle people rarely talk about it openly, so it was important for me to hear!) I also want to remember the evening practice on the roof! Palm crowns all around us, the sound of the ocean nearby, bright stars above, warm air smelling of something spicy and of sea water, and we're singing mantras!) It was magical!!!!))))

And of course we had an amazing hotel!!!!))) I already miss the sound of the ocean, the hammocks swaying in the wind, the dogs and the food))) And Albina's assistant in the stylish hat)) Albina and her husband are a charming, hospitable and very beautiful couple!) I'll happily recommend it and go back again, most likely more than once)))
Another very important part of the journey for me was visiting the temples, especially the first temple on the island, a place with very strong energy: when you stand next to it your chest gets very hot. I felt the energy rise and spread to every cell of my body, a very powerful feeling!!!!
And a special joy for me was the rickshaw ride))) I'm delighted!!!))) By the way they drive and how the rickshaw is decorated inside! )))
And one of the most precious impressions of the journey was our group, our conversations! We're all so different, but I had an incredibly great and fun time with you. I think we all supported each other and gave each other part of our energy, thoughts and worldview))) it was incredible, our group was simply the best!)) I want to meet like this again!!!)))
Dasha, thank you so much!!!! For organising this amazing tour, for being so attentive, responsive and responsible, always making sure we had a great time! A special thank-you for the practices and the conversations, I took away so much that's new. And for the aromatic oils: the scent is wonderful, it fills you with warmth and energy, like breathing in a little piece of summer))))
Thank you for this journey, invite us again, I already want to come back!)
