Are beginners welcome?
Yes, most of my students started from zero. Every pose is offered in accessible variations, safety comes first, and nobody will push you through pain. If you’d prefer the gentlest start, book a private session and we’ll build your foundation calmly.
Where do classes take place?
Online, I work with students all over the world. In-person classes happen on an island in Thailand: I share the exact location privately when you book.
How do I book a session?
Message me on WhatsApp (+7 908 703-89-88) or Telegram (@yogaharmony) with a few words about yourself, your experience, how you feel, what you’re looking for. I’ll suggest a format and time, confirm the place and send all details. There’s also a form on the contact page.
How much does a class cost?
It depends on the format: group class, private session on the island, or online. Message me and I’ll send you the current rates, asking costs nothing. Retreat prices are published on the retreat page: from €1800 for 10 days including accommodation.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and water. Bring your own mat if you have one; if not, mention it when booking. Avoid heavy meals for 1.5–2 hours before practice.
What language are classes taught in?
Group classes are available in two languages: there are classes in Russian and in English. For private sessions, just tell me which language works best for you.
I’m only on the island for a short time. Can I join?
Of course, travellers are regular guests. Drop into a single group class, or book a few private sessions during your stay. Send me your dates and we’ll make a plan.
I have health issues. Can I still practise?
Before we start, I always ask about your health: blood pressure, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy and anything else that matters. The practice adapts to you, and for serious conditions I’ll ask you to check with your doctor first. Yoga supports wellbeing but is not a medical treatment.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, private yoga, bodywork and meditation sessions are available online from anywhere in the world. You’ll need a mat, a stable connection and a little floor space.
What is the "A Taste for Life" retreat, and is it beginner-friendly?
It’s a 10-day yoga retreat in Thailand (February 9–19, 2027): daily yoga and meditation, breathwork, island excursions and a seaside resort stay. The program is gentle and suits complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Note: the retreat is held in Russian.
